Hello, my name is Cindy Brown and I’m co-owner of Connie and Dick’s Service Center. My husband and I have owned and operated the business since 1993.
Master Technician / Hybrid Specialist
Greetings, my name is Louis Jeune I am an ASE Master Certified Automotive Technician with L1 Advanced Engine Performance Specialist Certification. I have over 25 years of professional industry experience. I graduated from Arizona Automotive Institute, receiving an Occupational Associate Degree in Automotive and Autotronic Technology. I specialize in European Automotive Diagnostic and Repair as well as Domestic and Asian vehicles.
In my free time I enjoy taking my special needs Son to his Soccer and Baseball games, camping and hiking. I also enjoy spending time at Disneyland with my beautiful fiancée. I like playing video games, going to the movies, creating and indulging in fine foods.
Hello my name is Oscar Barroso and I am the Service Manager. I have been in the automotive industry for over 5 years following a military career in the U.S. Marines. I value the importance of being a part of something greater than myself, which is why I believe in helping Connie and Dick’s Service Center reach our community to offer our services and maintain lifelong customer relationships. I work to provide a carefree, world-class customer experience that focuses on prolonging the life of the vehicle instead of just fixing it.
In my free time I enjoy working on my motorcycle, outdoor firearm activities and spending time with my family. When I’m not physically active I also enjoy drawing still life.
General Service Technician
Hello, my name is Jonathan Harger and I’m a general service technician. Although I’m relatively new to the industry, I understand the complexities automobiles possess and the importance of proper maintenance and inspection. It is my duty to properly inspect and service each vehicle that comes into the shop. I’m proud to say that the systems and processes we have in place at the shop provide crystal clear communications about service issues we discover during inspection which in turn provides the front office with the information necessary to properly inform the customer about his or her vehicle needs.
In my spare time, I enjoy photography, videography and outdoor firearm activities.
Hello my name is Richard Haines and I am an ASE Certified Service Consultant. I have been employed here for over ten years and now in the service consultant role for the past five years. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ashford University. I have also completed the Hunter Alignment Training Program and the Professional Sales and Customer Service Course.
In my free time I enjoy doing artwork, watching obscure horror movies and physical fitness.
My name is Steve Mittwer and I’m married with two beautiful stepdaughters and although I’m a relatively new team member here at Connie and Dicks, my career in automotive field began many years ago. I suppose you could say my interest in automotive repair began in 1984, out of necessity. That is to say, I needed to keep my own car on the road. In 1988 I began pumping gas at a full service fueling station. The owner of the shop agreed to put me through school. After a few years of general auto repair, I became a B.A.R. certified smog testing and repair technician in 1994. Since then, I have spent the bulk of my career diagnosing and repair emission control and engine performance concerns, though I am also certified in all facets of automotive repair.
In my down time, I enjoy spending time with my family, furniture building and carpentry. I also enjoy a trip to the local firing range for a day of target practice.
